Highlight the wax seals with bright pink. Squiggle some lines on the purity seals and book emblems. Dark blue on the eyes, cover 3/4 with a brighter blue. Cover a tiny bit near the front with a white dot. Do some edge highlights around the eyes with a light blue for a 'glow effect'.
